It seems that seemingly-sleepy Dyersberg, Tennessee, FCNB’s home, has become a hotbed of ID theft in recent months, and FCNB saw Worldwide Assistance as a way to help customers while boosting sales and generating profit along the way. Real-world ID theft resolution, a plug for yours truly, and a shout-out to the late great Patsy Cline? That’s gonna be hard to top, people. But we’ll keep trying.
