At Baltimore Washington Airport, the Department of Homeland Security unveiled a new airport security area. Trying to marry better security equipment and processes with a more pleasant, “spa-like” environment is a challenge, and the first users of the system gave it mixed results.
How about a facial to go along with your full body scan! Here’s to the further integration of spa and security.
